Meet gorgeous Walter! Walter came to me as a rescue, therefore he needs some work! One of my other parrots antagonizes Walter causing him to scream unless I’m in close proximity. He even has a room to hisself but that didn’t help! There is a rehoming fee and large and new cage can go along if buyer wants.
